Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive . This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s Property Management System. ( experience preferred)
• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Process payments, authorizations, and cash handling accurately.
• Answer phone calls, make reservations, and provide hotel and local area information.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management regarding guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Follow hotel policies, brand standards, and safety procedures.
• Resolve guest issues or escalate concerns to management when necessary.
• Complete daily shift duties, logs, and reports as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills; experience is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs if needed.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
