Front Desk Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. 1 person for 2 swing shifts and 2 night audit shifts. I person for 2 day shifts. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and balancing of accounts.
• Maintain front desk operations, including managing cash transactions and processing payments.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address guest needs.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with guests over the phone.

Experience

• Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests.
• Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to build rapport with guests.
• Knowledge of resort operations and guest relations best practices is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time
