Front Desk Agent

The DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking a qualified Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent who demonstrates a high level of professionalism, strong decision-making skills, and a passion for hospitality.

As the first point of contact, your interaction sets the tone for the entire guest experience and directly impacts the brand. Your genuine warmth and helpful nature will allow you to excel in a variety of situations—from warmly welcoming families on vacation to assisting travel-weary guests with efficiency and care.

Position Overview

As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a positive and lasting first impression for all guests
• Welcome and assist guests in person and via phone
• Efficiently check guests in and out using hotel systems
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Register guests and assign rooms
• Respond to and accommodate guest requests promptly
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments regarding room status
• Upsell room types and promote hotel services and amenities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable using computers and hotel software systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Task-driven with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation required
• Solid professional references

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
