Front Desk Agent

We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel and ensure a smooth, friendly, and efficient experience for our guests from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and responding to inquiries and requests. Ultimately, you will provide exceptional customer service and help create a positive and memorable stay for all our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
• Check in guests, assign rooms, and issue room keys
• Manage reservations via phone, email, and third-party booking platforms
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Process check-outs and handle payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
• Provide local information and recommendations to guests

Skills

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer-facing role
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems and POS software is a plus
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
