Front Desk & Sales Associate | Customer Service | Brooklyn, NY

Overview

We’re looking for someone with a great presence who enjoys working with people, understands sales, and takes pride in doing a good job.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, helping create a welcoming environment while supporting daily operations and membership sales.

We’re a close-knit team that works hard, has fun, and looks out for each other. We value reliability, initiative, communication, and people who follow through on their responsibilities. We want someone who can follow directions, work independently, and recognize when something needs to be done.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and assist prospective members.
• Support membership sales, follow-ups, and onboarding.
• Help manage front desk operations, check-ins, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Learn and use our Mac-based systems and software.
• Keep the front desk and shared spaces organized.
• Follow procedures, complete assigned tasks, and take initiative.
• Stay engaged and productive during both busy and quieter periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Great with people, with strong communication skills and a professional presence.
• Previous sales experience in fitness, retail, customer service, or a similar field.
• A team player who communicates well and supports coworkers.
• Able to follow directions, work independently, and take initiative.
• Organized, quick to learn, and comfortable using a Mac and new software.
• Fitness or boxing experience is a plus.

Schedule

Priority shifts:

• Monday: 1:30 PM to 8 PM
• Tuesday: 1:30 PM to 8 PM
• Wednesday: 1:30 PM to 8 PM

Additional shifts:

• Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM

We’re looking for someone who can start within the next two weeks.
