What they need
Part-time, potential for full-time.
Provide the highest quality of service to our guests.
Assist guests efficiently, professionally and courteously in all Front Desk functions, and maintain high standards for service and hospitality every day.
Will check guests in and out, handle guest requests and complaints. Assign rooms. Answer phones, making reservations, adjusting reservations, canceling reservations. Post charges and accepting payment when checking guests in and out.
Able to handle and complete tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Being familiar with IHG rewards programs and promotions. Must be able to follow all hotel policies and procedures. Must be reliable, dependable, friendly, outgoing, detail orientated, positive attitude, neat in appearance, and able to wear a proper uniform daily.
Drug-free workplace.
Previous experience preferred, but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.
