DHILLONCO Hotel Management is seeking friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Front Desk Agents to join our Hyatt hotel team in San Ramon, California.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Front Desk Operations

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.

Perform guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
Handle reservations, room assignments, guest requests, and billing inquiries.
Answer incoming calls and assist guests with hotel information and local recommendations.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.

Reservations & Revenue

Assist guests with reservations, room upgrades, and rate inquiries.

Promote hotel amenities, services, and special offers.
Identify opportunities to maximize room revenue through upselling.
Ensure accurate payment processing, cash handling, and daily transaction records.

Guest Satisfaction & Brand Standards

Deliver exceptional hospitality while maintaining Hyatt brand service standards.

Recognize and acknowledge World of Hyatt loyalty members.
Promote guest loyalty program enrollment and participation.
Respond to guest feedback and assist with service recovery.

• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest needs are met.

Teamwork & Hotel Operations

Complete assigned shift checklists and daily front desk reports.

Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
Follow hotel security, safety, and emergency procedures.
Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations.
