We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in Newtown Square, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at our hotel.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and room assignments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Process payments and maintain cash drawer with accuracy.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
• Perform other front desk duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
