Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Quality Inn of Bastrop. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through efficient check-in and check-out procedures, as well as attentive coordination of hotel services. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant, professional, and efficient demeanor, contributing to a positive guest experience. Job Duties:

• This position will check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; and process all payments according to established procedures
• Providing outstanding service to hotel guests by responding promptly and efficiently to requests and complaints
• Communicates with fellow team members on maintenance issues, guest requests, guest complaints and sales leads
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems
• Manage accurate accounting of all rooms
• Adheres to brand standards

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
