About the Role

We're hiring a full-time Front Desk Agent for a modern, upbeat hotel in Westerville. You'll be the first face guests see, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, and making every guest feel welcome during the evening shift.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments

• Process payments, reservations, and changes accurately

• Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests

• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, escalating to management when needed

• Share information about hotel amenities and local attractions

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep rooms guest-ready

• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized

• Follow hotel procedures for cash handling, security, and guest privacy

What You'll Need

• Availability for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, including weekends

• Friendly, professional customer service skills

• Clear communication, in person and on the phone

• Basic computer skills; hotel or reservation system experience is a plus

• Reliable, punctual, and able to stay calm and organized when the desk gets busy

• Prior hotel, front desk, or customer service experience preferred but not required
