Front Desk Agent

Hallmark Inns & Resorts is looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and check them in and out efficiently
• Provide outstanding service throughout each guest’s stay
• Answer questions and assist with special requests
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments about room status and guest needs
• Resolve guest concerns in a positive and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and cash handling
• Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and welcoming
• Follow all hotel policies and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with hotel property management systems (WebRezPro preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
• Ability to work mid-day and evening hours

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Moderate noise level typical of a hotel environment
