Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently.
• Check guests in and out swiftly while accurately processing payments and reservations using hotel management software.
• Provide outstanding guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations to enhance their stay.
• Handle night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
• Maintain guest records, update reservation systems, and manage special requests with attention to detail.
• Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, personalized interactions, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.
• Knowledge of guest relations, hotel operations, and night audit procedures is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and a welcoming demeanor.
