Responsibilities

• Maintain organized filing systems, including document management and data entry using spreadsheets and productivity software.
• Utilize office management tools such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for administrative tasks, invoicing, and record keeping.
• Support office operations by managing incoming correspondence, emails, and phone communication with professionalism.
• Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies inventory, and ensuring overall office cleanliness and organization.

Skills

• Experience with data entry, filing systems, and spreadsheet management to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities.
• Previous office or administrative experience including clerical work, personal assistant roles, or front desk responsibilities is preferred.

Pay: $23.92 - $29.40 per hour
