Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
• Check guests in and out efficiently, handling reservations and payment transactions
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Conduct night audit duties as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest relations a plus
• Energetic, Self-Motivated, and Extremely Reliable
• Friendly relationship with computers and office equipment
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
