Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest requests with professionalism
• Perform night audit duties as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is preferred

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

• Strong guest service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs

• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

• Familiarity with phone systems and computer software used in hotels

• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of PEP and Hilton is a plus
