Front Desk Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, verify reservations, and assign rooms.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
• Accept payments, handle cash, and manage daily billing transactions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, phone calls, and special requests.
• Address and resolve guest complaints with a calm, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and up to standard.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems quickly.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
