Front Desk Agent

Bower Hospitality Group | Moncton & Shediac, NB

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Year- Round Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Respond to guest inquiries, phone calls, and emails.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support daily front desk administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, or a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Bilingual Required.
• Afternoon, Evening & Weekend Availability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to work weekends and different shifts.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is an asset.

Position: Part-Time
Location: Shediac, New Brunswick
