Front Desk Agent – Hotel

We are seeking a reliable and customer focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key part in creating a positive experience from check in to check out.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently while verifying reservations and payment information
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations, questions, and requests
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and follow all hotel procedures
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience required, hotel experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

Additional Information:

• This is a customer facing role that requires professionalism and attention to detail
• Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be required
• Training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
