Front Desk Agent

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to guests
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
• Assist guests with reservations, room service requests, and other inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk/lobby area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform night audit duties as required

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is an advantage
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
