Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
• Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently, providing solutions that enhance their stay
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations using hotel management software
• Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
• Efficient in Opera PMS
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus
• Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform basic administrative tasks
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
