Front Desk Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality management. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly desirable to enhance guest relations and streamline operations in our resort setting.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information and assistance
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in hotel management systems
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
• Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication at all times
• Assist with guest relations initiatives to foster positive relationships and repeat business

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is preferred
• Bilingual skills (e.g., English and Spanish) are highly advantageous for serving diverse guests
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems is a plus - we train!
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
