Front Desk Agent

Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll create a welcoming, organized first point of contact for visitors and callers. You’ll manage front desk operations, respond to questions, coordinate schedules, and keep records accurate so clients and colleagues can get the support they need. This role suits someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and enjoys balancing customer service with administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, answer and route calls using multi-line phone systems, and provide helpful customer support.
• Manage calendars, appointments, messages, and routine office coordination.
• Complete data entry, filing, proofreading, word processing, and spreadsheet updates using Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
• Maintain organized records and support day-to-day office management and clerical tasks.
• Your impact: By handling inquiries promptly and keeping information organized, you help visitors feel supported and colleagues stay focused.

Skills

• Strong customer service, client communication, phone communication, and phone etiquette.
• Computer literacy and technical proficiency, including computer skills, typing, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
• Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in data entry, filing, and proofreading.
• Office experience, including front desk, administrative, or clerical experience; personal assistant experience and calendar management are helpful.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Pay: $8.00 - $9.50 per hour
