Front Desk Agent / FDA

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
• Process guest payments and ensure billing accuracy
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel SOPs
• Maintain professional grooming and excellent customer service standards

About you

• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
