The Jupiter is accepting applications for a Front Desk Agent position this is a Full-Time position with an average of 32hrs/week scheduled.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Flexible availability for all shifts needed
• Shining Personality that displays your Individuality
• Knowledge of the city and what to do in PDX if you had only 1-2 days to visit
• Attention to detail and a Love of Follow-through
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on Proactive Guest interactions
• Previous hotel experience a HUGE bonus
• Conflict resolution skills or previous training in Crisis Management a plus
• The ability to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays
