Front Desk Agent-Full Time

Olivia Hotel is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service during check-in and check-out processes
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents
• Handle guest requests promptly, providing support with amenities or local information
• Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining filing systems, managing phone etiquette, and supporting administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse guest needs
• Previous experience as a front desk or medical/dental receptionist is highly desirable
• Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofreading, and time management techniques
• Demonstrated professionalism with strong phone etiquette and customer support skills
