As a Front Desk Agent, you'll get to:

• Deliver that all-important first (and last) impression, channeling your natural passion for outstanding hospitality and guest service.
• Greet and assist guests face-to-face and over the phone every day, building quick connections and making everyone feel right at home.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To shine in this position, you'll bring excellent English communication skills (fluent reading, writing, and speaking) and comfort with computers and various software programs. The role involves staying active—lots of standing, moving around, and occasionally lifting/moving items up to 20 pounds. Responsibilities and Duties

• REQUIRED: complete schedule flexibility, with availability for AM/PM shifts every day of the week (Monday–Sunday) and holidays.
• Guest registration, including greeting and assisting arrivals following established protocols
• Obtaining method of payment from guest and issuing room keys
• Responsibility for cash drawer
• Willingness to prepare light meals, serve beer/wine, and prepare Starbucks-branded espresso coffee drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, etc.)

Qualifications and Skills

• Hospitality experience is highly desirable, preferably in a hotel or related field. Applicants with Opera Cloud background will be given highest priority over all job seekers.
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must hold a valid California driver's license
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs.)
• Must possess basic computer skills**,** i.e. Word, Outlook e-mail, etc.
