Must be available for both 3PM-11PM desk shifts and 11PM-7AM Night Audit shifts. Must have weekend availability.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Front Desk Agent / Night Audit, you’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Managing the night audit process, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Upholding hotel policies and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Basic computer skills to manage reservations and complete night audit tasks.
• A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
