What they need
- Minimum D3/S1, preferably Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or Accounting.
- Experience in Front Office / Receptionist / Night Audit is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with PMS and hotel Front Office procedures is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and good numerical skills.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and reliable.
- Able to work independently and make decisions when required.
- Comfortable working under pressure and during busy operational periods.
- Willing to work night shifts, rotating schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Well-groomed, confident, and has a positive attitude.
- Willing to be placed at Savia Hotel & Resort Ciater.
