Front Desk Agent/ Night Auditor

Job Summary

The Four Points by Sheraton Surrey is seeking a professional, friendly and hard working front desk agent and night auditor.

We will only consider candidates already living in Canada with work permits or permanent resident status only.

Qualifications and Skills

• Auditing, balancing, and verifying daily revenue information
• Managing the hotel’s inventory of reservations, room assignments, and vacancies
• Greeting/ Assisting/ Checking in /out of guests
• Answering phones, scheduling wake-up calls, and assisting with reservation requests
• Responding to guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns
• Balancing cash drawers, record errors, and reconcile receipts
• Promoting hotel services and amenities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

• Surrey, BC V4N 5C2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hotel & Accommodations Guest Services Staff: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
