Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Part-Time Front Desk Agent (3 days a week) to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out processes are smooth, their questions are answered promptly, and their stay is memorable. Your enthusiasm and hospitality management skills will help create a positive atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software
• Manage guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and resolving concerns promptly
• Support night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift
• Uphold hospitality standards by maintaining a clean, organized front desk area and adhering to hotel policies

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel or front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management and guest relations
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus
• Experience in resort or hospitality environments enhances your ability to deliver outstanding service
• Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
