Duties

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
• Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professional phone etiquette.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist
• Strong communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus for serving diverse clients effectively
• Demonstrated ability to handle stressful tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Personal assistant experience or office experience that showcases time management and organizational skills
