• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins efficiently, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, fostering positive experiences
• Support night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring accurate financial and operational records are maintained
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality management and hotel operations
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest information is handled securely and confidentially
