We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent - Part Time to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
• Manage guest reservations and inquiries through phone systems and in-person interactions.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and preferences to enhance personalized service.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and messages.
• Assist in managing front desk operations, including cash handling and billing procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective guest relations.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and hospitality management principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent guest services.
• Pay Range $16.00 to $16.50 based on experience.
• This position is Part Time however can become Full Time in future.
