FRONT DESK AGENT SUPERVISOR

About the role

Supervise and support Front Desk Agents in daily operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes according to hotel SOPs. Handle guest complaints and deliver effective solutions, oversee room assignments, reservations, billing, and shift handovers. Coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining guest satisfaction and supporting the Front Office Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support Front Desk Agents in daily operations
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes according to hotel SOPs
• Handle guest complaints and deliver effective solutions
• Oversee room assignments, reservations, billing, and shift handovers
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
• Maintain guest satisfaction and support the Front Office Manager
• Communicate professionally with international guests in English

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Have Experience using VHP
• Willing to be located Uluwatu, Bali
