Front Desk Agent - Weekend Mornings

We are looking for a friendly, authentic, caring and reliable person to join our front desk team! This is a part-time weekend morning position, with the opportunity for additional hours if desired and as business needs allow.

Available Shifts:

• Front Desk: Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Additional weekday or evening hours may be available for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with exceptional customer service
• Assist with morning check-outs and prepare for incoming arrivals
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phones and assist with reservations
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns
• Visit with guests during breakfast and ensure they are having an enjoyable stay
• Assist with breakfast and help ensure the breakfast area is clean, welcoming, and well stocked
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with other departments
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized
• Help ensure the hotel is ready for the day's arrivals

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Able to work independently and stay organized during busy mornings
• Hotel experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate

Job Type: Part-Time

Expected Hours: 16 hours per week with the opportunity for additional hours based on availability and business needs.
