What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll help keep the gym running smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for every member who walks through the door.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking members into the facility
• Answering phones, texts, and member questions
• Booking consultations and introductory appointments
• Assisting with membership sales and tours
• Following up with prospective members
• Processing retail purchases
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional facility
• Supporting coaches and daily gym operations
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
• Helping create an outstanding member experience every day

Who We're Looking For

We're hiring someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic first. Previous gym or sales experience is a plus, but it isn't required.

The ideal candidate is:

• Extremely outgoing and enjoys meeting new people
• Organized and dependable
• Sales-minded without being pushy
• Calm under pressure
• A strong communicator
• Comfortable working independently
• Proactive and willing to solve problems before asking for help
• Someone who takes ownership and treats the gym like it's their own

Our goal is to hire someone the owners can trust to keep the gym running smoothly, even when they're not there.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Gym or fitness industry experience
• Military experience is welcomed and appreciated
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed

Schedule

We're open seven days a week:

• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM

We offer flexible scheduling and are looking for applicants who can work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
