Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent phone etiquette and client communication.
• Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, including modifications and cancellations.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests efficiently, resolving issues with customer service problem-solving skills and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins, check-outs, and billing details during night audits or shift changes.
• Assist with hotel emergency procedures, ensuring guest safety and effective communication during incidents or evacuations.
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering loyalty and positive reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
• Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS).
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management procedures, including night audit processes and emergency protocols.
• Excellent phone communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional client interaction.
• Previous hotel experience is preferred; resort experience is a plus.
