Front Desk Agent/hotel

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS), and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS).
• Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone and in person, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Handle customer service issues with professionalism, providing solutions that enhance guest experience.
• Maintain clear communication with other hotel departments to coordinate guest needs and resolve issues swiftly.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and proper response during emergencies.
• Keep accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using property management systems.
• Support administrative tasks related to front desk operations as needed.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
