Front Desk Agent/Receptionist

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Je T’aime Coiffure at Galleria is currently seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant team.

Hours: Flexible scheduling

Average time of closing: 5:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they enter the salon.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using salon management software.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding salon services, pricing, and availability.
• Assist clients in scheduling appointments based on their preferences and stylists' availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Process payments for services and retail products using POS systems.
• Provide administrative support to stylists and salon management as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer software, including salon management systems and POS systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
• Work days available: Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday afternoon shift. Noon- close.
