Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Front Desk and Customer Relations Officer to serve as the first point of contact for the organization, creating a professional and welcoming first impression, managing front-office operations, and handling client and visitor inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly receive and direct visitors, clients, and prospective customers

Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; route to appropriate departments

Maintain the front desk/reception area in a neat, organized, and professional state

Handle client inquiries regarding products, services, and ongoing transactions; escalate complex issues appropriately

Schedule appointments, meetings, and visits for sales/management teams

Maintain visitor logs and basic administrative records

Support other departments with clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Handle complaints calmly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution

Manage front-office supplies and coordinate with facility/admin on office needs

Requirements

OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field

1–3 years' experience in a front desk, customer service, or client-facing role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Salary: NGN 200,000 – NGN 250,000/month

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Customer Relations : 2 years (Preferred)
