Front Desk & Digital Marketing Coordinator

McQueen Ladies Centre is looking for a professional, energetic, and creative Front Office & Digital Marketing Coordinator who can confidently manage client relations while creating high-quality digital content for our beauty centre.

We are looking for someone who is always active, confident with clients and staff, creative with content, and comfortable using her own professional camera/equipment to create premium photos and videos.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations & Front Office

• Welcome and communicate with clients in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
• Manage client inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
• Assist with appointments, bookings, and client follow-ups.
• Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Communicate client feedback, requests, and concerns to management.
• Support smooth coordination between clients, reception, and salon staff.
• Handle client inquiries and Visit for MYASH Abaya Shop.

Premium Content Creation

• Create high-quality photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional content for our Beauty Centre.
• Must have and regularly use own camera/equipment suitable for professional-quality content.
• Be active on the salon floor and coordinate with staff to capture services, treatments, transformations, products, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Communicate professionally with clients when taking photos/videos and obtain appropriate consent before filming.
• Capture premium visual content that reflects the brand image and quality of our services.
• Plan creative content ideas and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Social Media & Digital Presence

• Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
• Prepare and publish engaging content, promotions, offers, reels, and stories.
• Respond professionally to comments, messages, and online inquiries.
• Support monthly promotional campaigns and special offers.
• Monitor engagement and provide regular updates to management.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and content formats.

MYASH Abaya Shop

• Handle customer inquiries and client communication for MYASH.
• Assist clients with product information, selections, and follow-ups.
• Create and post attractive content showcasing MYASH abayas and collections.
• Actively promote MYASH through social media and digital content.
• Coordinate with the management team regarding new collections, offers, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the salon/beauty industry is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer relations, front office, social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional personality with the ability to communicate comfortably with clients.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
• Own camera/equipment is required.
• Good photography and videography skills with an eye for premium visual presentation.
• Experience with editing tools.
• Creative, energetic, and proactive approach to content creation.
• Comfortable approaching and coordinating with staff and clients for photos and videos.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in a beauty, fashion or premium customer-service environment is an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
