Perfect Fit is growing! We’re looking for a friendly, dependable person to welcome members to our new Mukwonago location and help keep our facility clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Since 2013, Perfect Fit has helped people build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits through personalized training and meaningful relationships. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to making every member feel welcome, supported, and known.

What you’ll do

• Welcome members and guests and assist with check-in.
• Answer calls and respond to routine questions.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate member information.
• Explain membership options and connect prospective members with our team.
• Assist with membership setup, payments, and basic app questions.
• Wash, dry, fold, and restock towels and other facility laundry.
• Perform routine cleaning throughout the facility, including workout areas, equipment, and reception.
• Empty trash, replenish supplies, and keep shared spaces neat and organized.
• Follow opening, closing, and member-service procedures.

What we’re looking for

• A warm, professional personality and strong communication skills.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and comfort using computers.
• The ability to balance member service, cleaning, and laundry throughout a shift.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Customer service, reception, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Mindbody experience is helpful but not required.

Start date and schedule

This part-time position is expected to begin in November 2026 when Perfect Fit opens its new Mukwonago location.

Weekend availability is required. Weekday morning and evening shifts may also be available. Weekend hours may vary by season.

Compensation

$13–$15 per hour, based on experience.
