Job Summary

We are looking for a Full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

• Answer and coordinate in-coming telephone calls matching them to right personnel to ensure great customer service.
• Greets customers at the reception desk in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Assist customers with scheduling product installations.
• Provides some clerical for the department.
• Creating Repair Orders for the installation of products and services.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Keeps work area neat and clean.
• Posting to social media
• Manage daily money ledger.
• Assist in coordinating logistics between facilities
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be dependable and reliable.

Qualifications

• Previous reception experience and customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license
• Willing to adhere to a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
