Job Summary

Carsology is a fast-growing automotive customization shop specializing in premium window tint, paint protection film (PPF), color change wraps, detailing, and vehicle protection services. We are looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk & Sales Associate to become the face of our business.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while helping convert leads into scheduled appointments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
• Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media inquiries
• Schedule appointments using our booking software
• Provide quotes for window tint, PPF, wraps, and detailing services
• Collect customer deposits and process payments
• Follow up with estimates and unsold leads
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Keep customer records accurate and organized
• Request Google reviews after completed appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and support shop operations

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required—we provide training
