Front Desk and Sales

What We Are Looking For

• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close memberships sales and meet targeted metrics
• People Person; outgoing, friendly, and charismatic conversationalist
• Excellent people skills and a confident communicator
• Strong critical thinking—able to adapt, solve problems, and think fast on your feet
• Ability to work independently and diligently
• Weekend & Winter Holiday availability required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Required to sell memberships and fitness services
• Maintain a clean, organized area
• Phone etiquette; handle member inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed

Experience Required

• Strong Sales background required
• Strong Customer Service skills required
• Familiarity with fitness or studio front desk operations experience preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
