Front Desk & Sales Coordinator

Bella Vita Lashes is a busy lash, brow and skin studio in Laredo looking for a warm, outgoing front desk star focused on sales, hospitality and running errands.

We need a superstar. Someone ready to be a true part of our team, who takes ownership and is committed to making sure Bella Vita is successful.

What you'll do:

• Greet clients and run the front desk: booking, checkout and confirmations

• Turn calls, texts and DMs into booked, paid appointments (with deposits)

• Rebook every client at checkout and sell packages and add-ons

• Follow up with leads and past clients to keep the books full

• Deliver five-star hospitality: welcome guests, offer drinks, keep the studio spotless

• Run salon errands (supplies, bank, pickups). Reliable transportation required.

What we need:

• 1+ year of front desk, salon, spa or retail sales experience

• A proven sales drive. You enjoy goals and commission.

• Experience creating social media content for a brand is a plus

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Comfortable with booking software and texting clients

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Available Monday to Friday mornings, some Saturdays

Pay: $10–$20/hr plus sales commission.
