Front Desk Assistant (Bilingual)

The Podiatry Center of New Jersey is seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Opening and closing the office
• Preparing packages
• Receiving and signing for deliveries
• Assisting with screenshots and documentation
• Supporting with medical chart updates and organization

Skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Customer service experience preferred but not required

Salary: From $18.50 per hour
