Front Desk Assistant

We are looking for an entry-level Front Desk Assistant to join our team. If you have no previous medical or front office experience, please apply! The best person we ever had in this role started with zero experience. What made them incredibly successful was their great attitude and ability to learn quickly.

What You Will Do

• Be the First Impression: Answer incoming phone calls with a warm, helpful demeanor and accurately schedule patient appointments.
• Keep Things Moving: Submit and process clinic orders efficiently and accurately.
• Support the Team: Jump in to tackle various odd jobs and administrative tasks. Your goal is to handle the front-end details so our clinical staff is freed up to focus entirely on patient care.
• Ensure a Frictionless Experience: Help maintain a smooth, welcoming, and organized environment in our front office.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
