Front Desk Assistant

FRONT DESK ASSISTANT

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Front Desk Assistant to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in front desk, customer service or a related role.
• Must have experience in marketing, promotions or handling customer/member engagement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and customer-oriented.
• Able to handle enquiries, phone calls and general front desk duties.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexible to work on shifts and weekends
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to members, guests and visitors at the front desk.
• Handle enquiries, calls and general administrative duties.
• Assist with marketing activities, promotions and events.
• Support customer/member engagement and follow up on enquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
