Front Desk Assitant

About the role

Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service at the front desk of Sikara Lombok Hotel. You will handle guest check-in and check-out procedures, manage room reservations and guest requests, and answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and guest inquiries. You will provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction, and handle guest complaints professionally. You will also process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service

About you

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic English communication skills
• Friendly, helpful, and well-groomed appearance
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is an advantage
• Able to work well in a team
